Tracey Gutzmer has spent over 25 years in the dental industry, helping private practices establish strong systems, boost productivity, and increase profitability. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed and transformed three dental practices into highly profitable businesses—always with the philosophy of patient health first, production second.
In recent years, Tracey has shifted her focus to guiding private practices through the complexities of credentialing and dental insurance. She partners with dentists and their teams to secure smart insurance contracts and fee schedules that strengthen the practice’s financial health while maintaining exceptional patient care.
Outside of work, Tracey enjoys life with her husband, Jeff, her three “bonus” sons, and their two boxer dogs. She loves traveling—some of her favorite destinations include Fiji, French Polynesia, and the Dominican Republic. Whether it’s boating, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water, Tracey feels most at home near the ocean or a lake.
